Enchiladas Kermes

3 corn tortillas dipped in our traditional sauce filled with fresco cheese and a hint of onion. Served with grill potatoes, carrots, rice, lettuce, tomato, sour cream and top wih freco cheese. Yummie!!! just like eating in Mexico!
